The candidate will be responsible for the daily management of photovoltaic plant construction site activities, with a strong focus on execution quality, adherence to timelines, and safety.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate on-site installations: photovoltaic systems, medium-voltage (MV) connections, and auxiliary infrastructureSupervise daily activities of operational teams and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with technical drawings and project specificationsConduct quality and safety inspections, and manage critical issuesPrepare daily reports on work progressManage site documentation (activity reports, material deliveries, photos)Support commissioning and handover activities QualificationsMinimum 3 years of on-site experience (photovoltaic, electrical, or civil construction) Required SkillsKnowledge of relevant activities: structural installation, MV/AC cabling, excavation, flooring, MV switchgearAbility to read technical drawings and electrical schematicsPossession of at least one of the following certifications: working at height, PEI/PAV/PES (Italian safety certifications), first aid, fire safety, mini-excavator operation, aerial work platform operationLeadership skills, autonomy, and ability to work under pressureAvailability for extended business trips, including to remote construction sitesFluent in Italian; English proficiency is a plus Pay range and compensation packageCoverage of travel, meals, accommodation, and business trip allowances.
