partner with engineering, sourcing, and finance to identify cost drivers and opportunities for value engineering.Lead technical program management for supplier-driven workstreams, aligning build readiness, material availability, and design milestonesReview and approve manufacturing process changes, ensuring design compliance, risk mitigation, and smooth implementation through structured change management.Plan and execute supplier ramp-ups and new product introductions, coordinating technical readiness, pilot builds, and early production validation.Establish performance tracking mechanisms for yield, throughput, and process capability;
