At ElasticHotel we are on a mission to revolutionise how hoteliers are using technology.We set out to unify a highly fragmented software landscape and offer the right tools, interfaces and expertise for the job.Things you could be working on...Short and Long Term Hotel Booking ForecastEngineer ML data and feature pipelineBuild and Deploy ML Models in productionModel Price Elasticity to optimize Hotel revenueDeploy GenAI applications in productionWhat will make you stand out...You are excited about ML, coding, and you love to learn something newYou have maintained production-level constrained forecasting models or ML modelsKnowledge in ML data pipelines, and best practices in ML developmentYou want to grow as an engineer and are analytical in your systems design approachExtra points...You worked and developed constrained forecasts for hospitality, travel or any other constrained capacity marketsExperience with cloud based solutions (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)Familiarity with the hospitality industryWhat we offer...Fully remote positionWork closely with the core team and bring features to prod fast.We believe in the power of innovation.Want to try out a new machine learning model?Develop some new feature that could be its own business unit?Hiring Process:We believe your time is incredibly valuable.Our interview process is pretty straightforward and we aim to complete the entire loop in less than 2 weeks:Meet Product ****** minutes)Interviewing is a two-way street.This is a chance for us to learn about each other.In this phase you'll meet with the CPO and start to get to know the company and the mission.Technical Rounds (45+45 minutes)Next are 2 quick technical interviews to understand whether we fit together from a technical perspective, a skill assessment and architecture/problem solving exercise.Interviewing is a two-way street.This is a chance for us to learn about each other.Get to know the role, company, tech stack, company cultures and your hiring manager.While we understand that there are limitations with understanding technical fit in 45+45 minutes, for the skill assessment part we offer two options for this round:Bring your own code (20 minutes presentation & 25 minutes questions)This is your chance to invite us on your turf.Show us your skills in an environment that is familiar to you.Show us a project you are passionate about and explain your approach, the problem and the solution.ORCoding challengeIn this session we'll dive into code.Since we'll be working on some tough problems at work we are curious about your style when it comes to problem solving.We'll try our best to align this with the skills mentioned on your resume.Problem Solving exercise (45 minutes)During this interview we will work together on a problem to understand how you think through potential solutions, how do you communicate and what is your general experience level in architecturing complex systems.Final Round (30 minutes)Ask any final questions you have about us and the way we operate.This is the final round, where we discuss any further questions you may have and you may also meet other team members.
