OverviewThe Armani Group is a leading company in the fashion and luxury sector, with more than 8,000 employees.Its three core brands – Giorgio Armani, Emporio Armani and A|X Armani Exchange – are active in many countries all over the world.With origins firmly rooted in Italy, but also with a cosmopolitan vision and culture, the company has grown since it was founded in ****, expanding its offer from clothes and accessories to cosmetics, fragrances, eyewear, watches, jewellery, and furniture and furnishing accessories.Today, therefore, as well as being well known in the area of fashion, the Armani Group is also renowned in the sectors of interior design, food and beverage, and hotels and resorts.Giorgio Armani has created a style that has, with remarkable consistency, continued to explore countless variations and possibilities over the years.It expresses a precise vision down to the most minute detail : a way of being and presenting oneself, certainly incorporating clothing and accessories, but also including gestures, ways, behaviours and attitudes; a style that goes beyond the sum of its parts, and well beyond what one wears.Convinced that ethics and aesthetics must coincide, Giorgio Armani expresses fundamental and enduring values his clothes.He does so by creating timeless pieces that, enhanced by precious materials and artisanal craftwork, resist the whim of fleeting trends with their pure and essential design.Context and Purpose of the JobOur IT department is driving a global digital transformation of technology procurement, aiming to create a fully integrated, data-driven process.We are implementing advanced performance KPIs to monitor efficiency and effectiveness across Global IT operations as well as the proper tools to support the integrated process.This approach provides real-time visibility to the Top Management, enabling rapid replanning and reprioritisation of investments to ensure maximum business impact.Stepping into this role means being part of a team that is shaping the future of IT governance and financial optimisation on a global scale.In this role, you will be a key player in our strategic "Well Spending" programme, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across IT financial and procurement processes.You will serve as a "Well Spending Architect," reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and gaining exposure to strategic decision-making.This is a unique opportunity to combine financial insight, vendor management, negotiation, communication, cultivating the relationship, partnership nurturing with technology expertise and help shape the future of IT in a global organisation.ResponsibilitiesProcurement Process Optimisation: Contribute to reviewing and improving IT procurement workflows to maximise efficiency and cost-effectivenessFinancial Planning & Control: Support the management of Budget, Forecast, and Actuals, ensuring alignment with Finance and IT objectives in tight co-operation with Financial ControllingVendor Management Support: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, manage negotiations, and support the CIO in strategic dealsProject Business Cases: Collaborate with the Project Management Office and Finance to develop robust, data-driven business cases for IT initiativesPerformance Metrics: Define and monitor KPIs to track departmental efficiency and strategic progressOrder Management: Ensure accurate and timely handling of IT purchase ordersCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance and Project Management teams to ensure seamless processes and governanceRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a similar quantitative field1–2 years of experience in IT departmentsUnderstanding of IT processes and IT cost structures (e.g. Cloud, SaaS, Infrastructure), with a strong interest in cost optimization and efficiencyExperience in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Actuals, ideally within a large corporate structure of a Global companyAbility to construct, articulate, and defend robust, data-driven Business Cases that clearly define ROI and strategic value for IT investmentsExpert knowledge of Microsoft Excel (complex financial modelling, pivot tables, complex formulas, macro and scenario analysis)Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI (highly advantageous) or similar platforms represents a significant plusExcellent English and Italian level (spoken and written)Strong organizational and communication skills, strong analytical skills, attention to details and ability to manage multiple prioritiesWe promote diversity and inclusion in all forms, within a collaborative environment where your talent can flourish in the pursuit of a common goal: yours and our growth.J-*****-LjbffrCreare un avviso di lavoro per questa ricerca#J-*****-Ljbffr
