Candidates located outside the United States will be engaged under an independent contractor agreement.You will be responsible for managing your own social security and taxes in accordance with the regulations of your home country.Please take this into consideration before applying.About UJVWho Are We?Planning and managing a 5-star vacation from scratch requires expertise, cleverness, and a genuine passion for detail.That's what UJV is all about.UJV is a service-driven team of experts that works behind the scenes, engineering luxury travel experiences for advisors globally, so they can grow their business and fully satisfy their exclusive clients.We are the luxury travel advisor's right hand.How?UJV is a team of travel experts that advises and supports luxury travel advisors worldwide.We work behind the scenes as allies of top luxury travel advisors to offer a 5 Star experience for their clients.We offer travel advisors the knowledge and tools needed to grow their business and better serve their exclusive clients.We offer an experience-centered service based on passion, expertise, and integrity.and attention to detail.We are willing to do the hard work in order to see our clients shine.Role MissionAs a Europe Travel Associate, you will support the team by ensuring all travel arrangements are accurate and well-documented, maintaining service excellence, and helping deliver exceptional travel experiences for our clients.You'll collaborate closely with Travel Advisors, Advisor Support, and the broader team to provide quality assurance, documentation support and ensure itinerary accuracy.You WillProject & Document ManagementCollaborate with Res and Support teams to create, organize, and maintain easy-access content and reference documents (dining guides, pricing reference sheets etc)Assist in developing and executing a pre-travel protocol on bookings to ensure accuracy, efficiency and a seamless backend operationTake on projects from leadership as needed to support the European Specialist TeamQuality Check & AuditAssist with final adjustments to bookings and complete quality checks (Q/C) against all confirmations in the Admin system.Ensure all hotel proformas are aligned with the correct pricing entered in the database.Audit bookings to ensure each one has a payment schedule and/or payment charged.Confirmation UpdatesProactively reach out hotels to receive proformas on pending bookings in assistance to Res SalesWork closely with Travel Advisors, Advisor Support, and other team members to assist with missing details for itinerary continuityIdentifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.or provide additional support as needed on the backendYou AreExperienced in the luxury travel agency space, whether through a luxury agency or a DMC (Destination Management Company).Fluent in English, with professional to native written and verbal communication skills.A detail-oriented individual with the ability to work quickly and manage a large volume of tasks efficiently.Comfortable with tight deadlines and able to adapt to the fast-paced, unpredictable nature of travel.Someone with strong organizational skills who enjoys supporting a team and ensuring all details are taken care of.A proactive communicator, skilled at working with suppliers and internal teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all travel arrangements.Able to maintain up-to-date travel documents and resources, contributing to an excellent client experience.Experienced in auditing and quality checking bookings and itineraries to ensure everything is aligned and accurate.A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to provide support as needed.#J-*****-Ljbffr
