Overview Safran est un groupe international de haute technologie opérant dans les domaines de l'aéronautique (propulsion, équipements et intérieurs), de l'espace et de la défense.Sa mission : contribuer durablement à un monde plus sûr, où le transport aérien devient toujours plus respectueux de l'environnement, plus confortable et plus accessible.Implanté sur tous les continents, le Groupe emploie ******* collaborateurs pour un chiffre d'affaires de 27,3 milliards d'euros en ****, et occupe, seul ou en partenariat, des positions de premier plan mondial ou européen sur ses marchés.Safran est la 2ème entreprise du secteur aéronautique et défense du classement « World's Best Companies **** » du magazine TIME.Safran Electronics & Defense propose à ses clients des solutions d\'intelligence embarquée leur permettant d\'appréhender l'environnement, de réduire la charge mentale et de garantir une trajectoire, même en situation critique, ce dans tous les environnements : sur terre, en mer, dans le ciel ou l\'espace.La société met les expertises de ses ****** collaborateurs au service de ces trois fonctions : observer, décider et guider, pour les marchés civils et militaires.Mission descriptionWe are seeking an experienced Servovalve Product Engineer to join our engineering team.The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the design, analysis, testing, and maintenance of electrohydraulic servovalves used in aerospace applications.This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and optimize electrohydraulic servovalves for high-performance systems.Conduct failure analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective actions on servo valve components and assemblies.Be a focal point for simulation, modeling, and testing to validate valve performance under various operating conditions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, and test engineers) to integrate servo valves into complex systems.Ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications (e.g., aerospace certification authority requirements).Provide technical support and training to customers (internal and external) and stakeholders.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, efficiency, and manufacturability.Collaborate within the Integrated Product Team with the other company functions (e.g. Program, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality) to develop a lean productions process.Required QualificationsMaster\'s degree in mechanical engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.Minimum 7+ years of experience in servo valve design, Validation and Verification, testing, or maintenance.Strong knowledge of fluid dynamics, hydraulics, and control systems.Proficiency in CAD tools, FEA, and simulation software (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, ANSYS).Hands-on experience with test rigs, instrumentation, and diagnostic tools.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.Strong communication abilities and capability to work in multidisciplinary teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience in aerospace applications.Familiarity with SAE, RTCA, AS****, or MIL standards.Project management or leadership experience.#J-*****-Ljbffr
