Who we are looking for?We are seeking for a reliable and highly motivated Project Manager to join our Building & Project Consultancy team.This position blends project delivery, client relationship management, and on-site coordination, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with client objectives.Savills Building & Project Consultancy is a quality-driven consulting team serving clients across the corporate, educational, healthcare, hospitality, retail, institutional, and real estate development sectors.Our culture is built on meritocracy—where attitude and initiative are as valued as technical ability.We celebrate creative thinking, fresh perspectives, and collaboration, recognizing that innovation often comes from trying new approaches and learning from every outcome.The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication and organizational skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.They will balance multiple priorities while maintaining a "speed-to-market" mindset and upholding Savills commitment to quality, accountability, and creativity.Do you think you have what it takes to become part of Savills Building & Project Consultancy team?Read further and apply here >>What you will be responsible for?Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables from initiation through completion.Support senior team members with project-related communications and client coordination.Anticipate challenges and develop real-time solutions to maintain project momentum.Coordinate programming activities with internal and external resources, including staff, consultants, and contractors.Provide regular project updates, documentation, and reports for client stakeholders.Coordinate on-site activities and ensure alignment between local teams, vendors, and client standards.Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through lessons learned and best-practice sharing.Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.What other skills are essential to fit this role 100%?Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.(Note: This position is not suited for candidates with an IT-focused background.)3–7 years of experience managing construction, renovation, or design-build projects up to €500K.Strong understanding of design and construction methodologies, sequencing, and documentation.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and timeliness.Demonstrated expertise in managing project budgets, costs, optimizations, change orders, and monitoring financial and physical project progress.Experience with client-specific project management systems (e.g. PMWeb, Procore, Smartsheet).Experience with developing Work Authorizations under existing Master Service Agreements (MSAs).Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both Italian and English.What we offer?Growing in a professional, inclusive and supportive work-environment.Experiencing a company culture that rewards high performance and nurtures talent.Flexible hybrid-working policy.Supplemental Health Insurance Coverage.
