Position Overview We're seeking talented Pharmacists to join our team in various roles including Pharmacy Services, Clinical Customer Care, and Fulfillment operations. Based on your interests, qualifications, and available job opportunities you may be placed in one of these specialized areas while maintaining core pharmacist responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Implement/ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations Maintain compliance with Amazon Pharmacy operational guidelines/procedures Document professional communications/interactions appropriately Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills Evaluate prescriptions for clinical appropriateness Participate in quality assurance activities Provide clinical guidance/support Work with other healthcare team members/pharmacy staff Support interdepartmental communication and workflows About the Team We offer an innovative pharmacy environment that leverages AI technology to enhance patient care while using advanced entity recognition to reduce errors and accelerate delivery times. Each Full-Time L4 Staff Pharmacist is offered a standard, competitive Compensation & Benefits package. Compensation & Benefits Estimated total compensation of $140,000 annually Earn up to $157,000 annually with shift differentials (if applicable) Wide-ranging benefits that set industry standards Salary Range The base pay for this position ranges from $93,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $161,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
