Significant investment is being made in global engineering alignment, technology innovation, and product development across both oil-free and oil-based chiller platforms.The RoleWe are seeking an Application Engineer to support sales activities across Southern Europe and the Middle East . This role plays a critical part in customer acquisition, quotation preparation, technical feasibility assessments, and business development initiatives. You will work closely with sales teams, agents, and distributors, providing technical and commercial expertise for both standard and customized chiller solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer SupportSupport agents and distributors with technical and commercial inputs during customer acquisitionProvide internal telephone support and occasional on-site technical adviceDeliver technical and product presentations to customers and partnersSupport negotiations with technical expertise Quotation & Commercial ProcessingPrepare and manage quotations in line with defined internal workflowsPerform feasibility checks and cost calculations for standard and customized productsCoordinate with production regarding capacity, lead times, and component availabilityAnalyze logistics, customs requirements, and payment terms (especially for non-EU markets)Ensure all quotations and customer data are accurately maintained in the CRM system Applications & EngineeringDesign customer-specific solutions across applications including:Data centersHVAC systemsPharmaceutical facilitiesIndustrial sectors Business DevelopmentSupport and lead business development initiatives such as market expansion, product diversification, and strategic partnershipsContribute to marketing materials, brochures, and technical documentation Tools & SystemsUse internal selection and quotation tools and standardized templatesMaintain accurate records and reporting within the CRM system Candidate ProfileEngineering background (mechanical, energy, HVAC, or similar)Experience in application engineering, technical sales support, or quotation managementStrong understanding of HVAC/chiller systems (oil-free and/or oil-based preferred)Commercial awareness and ability to work cross-functionallyComfortable supporting international sales activitiesWillingness to travel within the assigned region What's on OfferSalary: €50,******,000Opportunity to join a fast-growing global technology leaderExposure to cutting-edge, sustainable cooling solutionsInternational scope with strong career development potentialClear career progression and development within the organisation
