Job DescriptionThe Sales Back Office supports the commercial team by managing sales-related administrative and operational activities.The role is part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment and requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.The position is fully on-site.Tasks and responsibilitiesAccurate data entry and maintenance of sales recordsManagement and follow-up of customer ordersBooking and verification of supplier invoicesDay-to-day sales support and coordination with internal departmentsQualificationsFluent English, both written and spokenExcellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointAt least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within structured or international companiesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesFrom time to time, the role may require availability to work on weekends, depending on business needs.Additional Information#LI-Onsite#J-*****-Ljbffr
