Process Engineer - Composite Components - F1OverviewAs a Process Engineer, you will join the Process Engineering team within the Design & Research department of Dallara Automobili, a company of the Dallara Group specializing in design, pre-series production, and testing for the Group's three Business Units (Racing, Automotive, and Aerospace & Defence).In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring technical activities related to the analysis, setup, control, and approval of the production process for structural components made of composite materials (such as chassis and wings), primarily developed for the F1 motorsport sector.You will oversee the entire production cycle with the goal of setting up and stabilizing processes and solving any issues, providing continuous support to production departments.ResponsibilitiesProposing improvements to production processes;Analyzing and managing the testing of innovative technological solutions;Developing strategies aimed at product improvement.Activities will be mainly carried out on-site, but occasional short trips within Italy to suppliers or clients may be required.You will work closely with all teams in the Design & Research department, the Program Management Office, Purchasing and Quality Control areas, all production departments, and Dallara Compositi – a Dallara Group company specialized in the industrialization and production of composite material components.What We're Looking ForDegree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields;At least 4 years of experience in similar roles within the F1 Motorsport sector;At least 4 years of experience in mechanical design and use of CAD software (Catia);Expertise in process design for composite material components;Knowledge of composite materials and current production technologies;Strong team-working skills;Good technical-operational aptitude.Our ValuesHumbleness - We aim to do our work well—with passion, determination, and competence—valuing mistakes, sharing knowledge, and overcoming difficulties with resilience, aware that the greatest danger is believing we already know.Integrity - We believe in keeping our word, respecting people and commitments; we strive to build relationships based on honesty, trust, and integrity.Curiosity - We want to improve what we've always done—with readiness, enthusiasm, and a love of learning—challenging the status quo in new and flexible ways, always open to learning.What We OfferHolistic welfare program – Comunità Dallara;Access to qualified training programs;Internal Job Posting;Smart Working Policy;Flexible working hours.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMotor Vehicle ManufacturingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Dallara by 2xGet notified about new Process Engineer jobs in Varano de' Melegari, Emilia-Romagna, Italy .#J-*****-Ljbffr
