The selected candidate will support the Operations office in the organisational and managerial aspects related to the preparation and execution of projects, as well as provide functional support to the department.Key Accountabilities:Preparation of pre-construction documentation (drawings and CAD layouts, management of Safety Plans (POS), documents and safety portals).Liaison with subcontractors and suppliers to collect documentation and ensure the proper execution of activitiesOrganizational and administrative support for the site: material orders, document archiving, deadline tracking and supplier management.RequirementsTechnical high school diplomaKnowledge of 2D CADProficiency in Excel / MS OfficeKnowledge of the English languageStrong organizational skills and attention to detailResidence close to the workplace (Grassobbio)Preferred Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree1–2 years of experience in technical back office or safety rolesFamiliarity with construction site organization and operationsWe want an energy transition for everyone from everyone
