include hardware design and development; building the systems that validate hardware quality in manufacturing; monitoring and improving hardware reliability in data centers and platform.We cover engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent- 5+ years of hardware engineering experience- Experience collaborating with the ECAD/physical board designer and able to review PCB designs with Allegro, CAM350, or equivalent- Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures- 7+ years of experience with I2C, SPI, UART interfaces- Experience interfacing with thermal, mechanical, firmware and software teams during product developmentPreferred Qualifications- Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent- Experience in motherboard design, PCB design including schematic capture, stackup and circuit board layout- Experience in server technologies such as, thermal, mechanical, power, and signal integrity- Experience developing and executing test procedures for mechanical or electrical systems/components based on design intent and approved equipment submissions- Experience identifying and resolving complex issues- Experience in component selection and understanding of component reliability- Experience in designing and developing large-scale services working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production- 10+ years of experience in server design for cloud or enterprise applications- Experience in designing for reuse across multiple products- Strong organizational and planning skill- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment- Excellent written (white papers) and oral communication skills- Experience with the management of technical
