OverviewSenior Localization Project Manager (Enterprise - Rome, on-site)Location: Rome, Italy.On-site position within Translated's enterprise team.About TranslatedTranslated is a leading company in AI-enabled translation services.We design custom localization projects that combine artificial intelligence and human expertise to help clients communicate across languages.We serve more than 280,000 clients worldwide and work with a global network of native-speaking professional translators and AI-enabled translation tools.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the entire service offering for assigned enterprise clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time delivery (OTD).Coordinate a team of Project Managers for assigned clients, ensuring processes drive efficiency, scalability, and profitability.Directly manage complex or strategic projects during onboarding, launches, and ongoing client collaboration.Serve as the primary Project Manager contact in your time zone, attend meetings, and present production data and improvement plans during business reviews.Anticipate client needs and proactively address issues to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.Note: This position may require working on holidays and/or weekends if necessary.Requirements5+ years of experience in Localization and Project ManagementSelf-driven, motivated, and outcome-oriented with ownership and accountability; comfortable navigating ambiguityExcellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex informationStrong organizational skills with prioritization and attention to detailProven localization and internationalization knowledge, including localization processes and technologyCollaborative mindset and ability to work in a team-oriented environmentPeople management experience preferredLocation & PerksHeadquarters at Pi Campus; offices in Rome.Benefits include gym, swimming pool, kickboxing, water aerobics, fitness programs, Pilates, table tennis and football table, kitchen and snacks, and incentives related to health milestones.Company & DiversityWe are committed to diversity and inclusion.Translated embraces the unique qualities of each individual and is an equal-opportunity employer.Privacy PolicySeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProject Management and Information TechnologyIndustriesTranslation and LocalizationLearn more about our company:
