Beat Group Srl, through its brandOmegaX Solutions, helps companies grow internationally through B2B outreach and lead generation - especially in the export and distribution space.We're expanding our sales team with aSales Development Representative (SDR)who will generate new leads and also have the opportunity to sell on behalf of our clients, unlocking performance-based commissions.TasksWhat You'll DoYou'll be part of a results-driven sales team focused on two parallel tracks:Bringing in new clientsfor OmegaX Solutions (typically startups and SMEs seeking export growth)Selling on behalf of our clients— especially in food & beverage, tech, and premium consumer goodsYour day-to-day may include:Sourcing and qualifying leads for both internal and client-facing campaignsReaching out via email, LinkedIn, and CRM-driven workflowsBooking discovery meetings for OmegaX Solutions or directly managing client sales callsManaging your pipeline in Hubspot CRMSuggesting improvements to messaging, targeting, and outreach strategyReporting results and maintaining clear communication with the teamRequirementsWhat We're Looking ForProven ability in sales, lead generation, or business developmentExcellent spoken and written English (C1+) — German is a strong plusClear communication, persistence, and commercial intuitionOrganized and accountable in managing multiple pipelinesComfortable working in a remote, entrepreneurial environmentBonus: experience selling to importers, distributors, or other B2B buyersNice to HaveFamiliarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or ApolloExperience with cold outreach tools and sales cadencesUnderstanding of international B2B sales cycles and decision-makersBackground in export, distribution, or agency salesBenefitsWhat You'll GetCentral role in a high-growth B2B sales agencyClear commissions plan when selling directly for our clients (AOV typically €3,000+)Full support in managing and refining outreach workflowsExposure to premium brands and international marketsCompensation aligned with your expertise + performance-based bonusesFully remote, output-driven work environmentHow to ApplyApply directly through this platform or reach out through our website (omegaxsolutions.com)Shortlisted candidates will be invited to record a short video interview.We look forward to hearing from you and building something great together.#J-*****-Ljbffr
