Il cliente è una Digital Experience Agency appartenente a gruppo internazionale quotato in borsa. A riporto del Senior Manager, la figura di Technical Project Manager opererà nell'ambito dei progetti con estrazione Analytics, con un focus specifico sulla gestione end-to-end di iniziative legate alla misurazione digitale, all'implementazione di soluzioni di web/app analytics e all'orchestrazione di team tecnici e di business.La risorsa sarà responsabile della definizione dei requisiti, del coordinamento delle attività progettuali - con team a riporto funzionale - e dell'assicurazione della qualità delle implementazioni.Le attività includono:Gestire progetti complessi di Analytics, coordinando stakeholder tecnici e business;Tradurre esigenze in requisiti tecnici per l'implementazione delle soluzioni di analytics;Supervisionare e verificare la corretta configurazione e implementazione delle soluzioni di tracking, in particolare su Adobe Analytics;Gestire a livello funzionale risorse tecniche, tra cui sviluppatori, data analyst, data engineer, UX/UI;Pianificare roadmap progettuali, milestone e derivable;Monitorare avanzamento, rischi, dipendenze e criticità, proponendo soluzioni concrete;Redigere documentazione tecnica e funzionale (solution design, tagging plan, specifiche tecniche).Facilitare workshop, allineamenti e sessioni di formazione con stakeholder interni ed esterni.RequisitiLaurea in ambito STEM o affini, con votazione minima *******;Minimo 1-2 anni di esperienza come Web Analyst, preferibilmente su stack Adobe Analytics;Esperienza comprovata nella gestione di progetti in ambito Digital/Marketing Analytics;Ottima conoscenza di Adobe Analytics e/o Google Analytics;Conoscenza dei principali standard di tracking (JavaScript/SDK, API di raccolta dati, soluzioni server-side);Esperienza in attività di QA e validazione delle implementazioni analytics;Forte capacità di gestione progettuale;Ottime capacità di comunicazione, sintesi e gestione degli stakeholder;Buona padronanza della lingua inglese.La provenienza da una società di servizi rappresenta un plus.Soft SkillsAttitudine analitica e problem solving;Capacità di facilitazione e mediazione tra team tecnici e business;Proattività, autonomia e orientamento al risultato;Capacità organizzative e gestione delle priorità;Attitudine al lavoro in team, preferibilmente in contesti dinamici.Inquadramento e Budget:Contratto a tempo indeterminato con CCNL MetalmeccanicoRAL € ***************MBO € *************Buoni pasto € 8 per tutti i giorni lavoratiWelfare € 200Modalità di lavoro: Ibrida - in media 2 gg in ufficio / settimana - Milano, zona GallarateseL'annuncio è rivolto ad ambo i sessi (D.lgs n. ********) e nel rispetto di quanto disposto dall'art. 10 del D.Lgs n. ********.
