About the Company Zoggs is a global brand in the performance swim market, available in over 50 countries, and part of the HEAD Group.About the RoleWe are currently seeking a Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Rapallo.Are you looking for a dynamic and varied challenge within a motivated team?Responsibilities- Execute strategic briefs into compelling visual assets.- Overseeing all design elements, from the concept to the final delivery.- Reviewing the work of junior designers to give guidance and feedback.- Work closely with Graphic Designer Team Manager, to define ideas, concepts and priorities.- Manage the entire design lifecycle, from interpreting briefs to final product.- Elevate the overall visual identity of a brand, ensuring visual consistency of the Brand's identity across all touchpoints.- Develop original, high-impact concepts for B2B communication and branding.- Manage workflows.Qualifications- Enthusiasm, curiosity and the desire to expand new knowledge.- Having hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign above all).- Experience in managing projects autonomously.- Deep knowledge of typography, color theory and layout.Required Skills- Photography and videography skills are considered as a plus.- Same for 3D Design skills.- Athletic/Sports oriented mindset will be helpful.- Fluent English speakingSede di lavoro Rapallo (GE)Orario full time dal lunedì a venerdìContratto a tempo determinato 12 mesi scopo inserimentoRAL €****** +premio presenzaCCNL Industria gomma PlasticaL'offerta si rivolge a candidati ambosessi, nel rispetto del Codice delle pari opportunità D.Lgs.11 aprile ****, N. 198 e ss.mm.ii.HEAD WATERSPORTS a division of HEAD Group
