Legal Entity: Continental Coated Systems Italy S.p.A. *****)Working Time: Full TimeJob Flexibility: Onsite JobCompany DescriptionContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.Founded in ****, the technology company offers safe, efficient, intelligent and affordable solutions for vehicles, machines, traffic and transportation.In ****, Continental generated preliminary sales of €41.4 billion and currently employs around 100,000 people in 56 countries and markets.Continental Coated Systems Italy is a leader worldwide in Printing blankets market.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Process Control Specialist to join our team in Lodi Vecchio, Italy related to Printing Blanket market.In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality standards throughout our manufacturing processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality benchmarks.Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and proceduresConduct statistical process control (SPC) analyses to identify areas for improvementPerform root cause analysis on quality issues and implement corrective actionsMonitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and potential problemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processesEnsure compliance with industry-specific quality standards and regulationsPrepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholdersTrain and mentor team members on quality control techniques and best practicesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projectsConduct regular quality audits and inspections throughout the production processQualificationsPreferably Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fieldKnowledge about Rubber or previous experience in Rubber field industryMinimum 3-5 years of experience in quality control or related field within a manufacturing environmentStrong data analysis and reporting skillsExperience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologiesKnowledge of lean manufacturing principlesProficiency in quality control software and toolsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong analytical and critical thinking abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with industry-specific quality standards and regulationsAdditional InformationReady to drive with Continental?Take the first step and fill in the online application.#J-*****-Ljbffr
