Synergie Italia filiale di Monza, ricerca per cliente leader mondiale nel franchising immobiliare, un/unaTRAINING SPECIALIST - DIPARTIMENTO UNIVERSITYCerchiamo talenti appassionati di formazione, innovazione e crescita professionale, dotati di creatività, proattività e motivazione.Se desideri lavorare in un ambiente stimolante e apprendere sul campo, questa è l'opportunità giusta per te.La figura ricercata, si occuperà di coordinare l'intero processo di organizzazione dei corsi di formazione dedicati alla rete franchising ed erogati su tutto il territorio italiano.Dovrà rimanere in costante contatto con gli Affiliati per accompagnarli nel loro percorso formativo.Le principali mansioni saranno:Presentazione percorso formativo ai nuovi brokerSupporto a Consulenti e Assistenti ImmobiliariStesura del calendario formativoPromozione evenditadei corsi di formazioneRicerca delle locationOrganizzazione dei viaggi per i relatoriCoordinazione iscrizioni e pagamentiGestione crediti formativiLa figura ideale presenta, preferibilmente, i seguenti requisiti:Formazione:Laureain discipline umanistiche, economiche o affiniSpiccate doticommercialie divenditaEsperienza professionale di almeno 2/3 anni nel campo della formazioneConoscenza avanzata degli applicativi MS OfficeGRADITA conoscenza dellalingua inglesesia scritta che parlataOrientamento al cliente e al risultatoOttimecapacità organizzative e decisionaliAttenzione al dettaglio e abilità nella gestione di grandi quantità di datiCapacità di individuare e utilizzare i canali più adatti per promuovere i corsi di formazioneEccellentidoti relazionaliper gestire numerosi contatti con la rete e proporre corsi adeguati ai bisogni formativiInoltre, sarà considerato un plus l'esperienza nell'utilizzo di software come Canva e Indesign e la conoscenza di sistemi CRM come Salesforce e HubspotCosa si offre:ORARIO DI LAVORO:Full time (40h settimanali)dal Lunedì al Venerdì - a scelta dalle ore 8 alle ore 19 (orario flessibile) - con un'ora di pausa tra le 12 e le 14.INQUADRAMENTO E STIPENDIO: tempo determinato iniziale di 12 mesi finalizzato all'assunzione a tempo indeterminato + 8€ di ticket pasto;CCNL Commercio 3° livello RAL ***** K circa.Luogo di lavoro:Milano(Zona Certosa)L'offerta è rivolta a candidat? nel rispetto del Dlgs ******** e dei Dlgs ******** e ******** e della PdR ********.Le persone interessate sono invitate a leggere l'informativa privacy ex artt. 13 e 14 del Reg.UE ********.Aut.Min.Prot.N. **** – SG del 16/12/2004
