Our vision is to establish HUGO BOSS as the leading premium tech-driven fashion platform worldwide and to be one of the top 100 global brands.At HUGO BOSS, we work as a team to apply our knowledge, skills and experience together and create a diversity of ideas and solutions.What unites us?We love fashion, we change fashionBecome a brand ambassador for BOSS and join a team that works with passion, ambition and know-how to create excellent customer experiences.For the second year in a row HUGO BOSS Italia has received the prestigious Great Place to Work Certification.This prestigious recognition reflects our commitment to build a work environment where every individual can thrive, innovate and feel valued.Become a brand ambassador for BOSS and join a team that works with passion, ambition and know-how to create excellent customer experiences.For our outlet store in Reggello, The Mall Luxury Outlet, we are looking for a brilliantASSISTANT STORE MANAGERIn your Role you act as an inspirational role model and support the Store Manager to monitor and manage all store areas and team members in the KPI achievement with a tireless drive to deliver excellent customer service.You are a commercial driven manager with good leadership skills.You have a close look at the competition and trends.You are the host/ hostess of the store and a role model for the Team.You have a positive attitude and are able to work under pressure.You work service oriented and you exceed expectations of customers together with your team.The role involves carrying out the following activities and responsibilities:Support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store to ensure that assigned store productivity, sales and profitability goals are achieved and exceeded.Contribute to the achievement of sales, profit targets, corporate and individual productivity goals, in order to maximise customer conversion and add on selling results by close monitoring of KPI performance.Ensure the store has the highest level of standards around presentation, cleanliness, staff appearance and customer service.Assist the store manager in ensuring that all staff possess excellent product knowledge and is regularly trained on new products.Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and retain talented employees.Drive the digital experience in store.Hold a good understanding of the business and effectively communicate needs and ideas to bring the business to next level.Create and maintain an open, positive and harmonious work environment.Be personally an ambassador of the HUGO BOSS values.Profile:Demonstrated success gained as an Assistant Manager/Supervisor in a premium/luxury brand for at least 2-3 years; Previous experience in managing a team by leading, motivating, training and developing through active management; Previous experience in managing KPI performance; Excellentcommunication skills, with the ability to communicate with senior members of staff; You are an experienced MS Office user; Fluent inEnglish.Your benefitsA market-based salary; Monthly, Semestral and Annual commission; Staff discount on our products; Tailored trainings and development opportunitiesInternational and inspirational working environment with a dynamic work culture
