The Dining Room Server will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring tables are properly set, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. This role involves working closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service, addressing customer needs promptly and courteously, and upholding service quality standards. The Dining Room Server will play a key role in providing warm hospitality to enhance guest satisfaction.QualificationsStrong Interpersonal and Communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanorProficiency in Food Service practices, including serving techniques and maintaining a clean dining areaExcellent Customer Service skills with a focus on meeting guest needs and creating an exceptional dining experienceCommitment to Service Quality and attention to detail in all aspects of the roleAbility to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExperience in the hospitality or dining industry is preferredKnowledge of food and wine pairings, particularly Italian cuisine, is a strong advantageFluency in Italian and/or English; additional language skills are beneficial
