Retail Betting Licenses SpecialistCompany OverviewWe are Lottomatica Group, the leader in the regulated gaming sector in Italy and one of the largest operators in Europe across all business areas: sports betting, online gaming, and entertainment machines.We offer our customers safe, high-quality gaming experiences across all channels, placing responsibility and sustainability at the core of our business.Being part of Lottomatica means more than joining a company – it means contributing to a major and responsible entrepreneurial project.Main ResponsibilitiesAdministrative, reputational, and credit checks to authorise the transfer of active points of sale.Preparation of all contracts, addenda, communications, and engagement letters needed to make the transfer of points of sale effective.Monitoring of applications submitted to Police Headquarters for the issuance of Public Security Licences, ensuring the necessary support to both the authorities and the points of sale in managing related activities.Verification of the requirements and authorisations needed to activate points of sale.Verification and monitoring of issues that may arise during the procedures for obtaining the Public Security Licence (including notices of refusal).Monitoring of points of sale awaiting TULPS authorisation and related timelines for new openings or changes in management.Updating of the Legal Suite management system and document archiving.Support to Business Units and legal opinions on the feasibility of management changes to avoid point-of-sale closures.Periodic reporting activities and progress updates with Business Units and the sales force to oversee process advancement.Management and monitoring of communications received through the account used by points of sale to request legal support related to the activities under the Concession, as well as via the certified e-mail inbox.Supporting the Manager in the specific activities and projects handled by the Department.RequirementsDegree in Law.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly advanced use of Excel and Word.Proactivity and results-oriented approach.Accuracy and ability to manage workload.What you will find at LottomaticaThe opportunity to work for the largest betting and gaming company in Italy and one of the largest worldwide.A dynamic environment where you can enhance your skills and acquire new ones.Challenges that require impactful solutions for major organisations, with a direct impact on their employees.Opportunities to participate in charity, legality, and responsibility projects through Fondazione Lottomatica.A well-defined company DNA based on Inclusion, Diversity, Excellence, and Collaboration.Being part of the world's number-one company in the industry for ESG commitment.What we offerPermanent contract/apprenticeship and hybrid work opportunities.Company laptop.Continuous training on both hard and soft skills.Annual gross salary based on experience (from €30k to €35k).Job Grade: 2.Ticket restaurant.#J-*****-Ljbffr
