Techbau è alla ricerca di un/unaConstruction Quality Managerper la supervisione dei propricantieri del Centro Italiae con base operativa sullaSede di Roma.La figura, inserita all'interno del team QHSE di Gruppo, riporterà gerarchicamente a Quality Manager e si occuperà nello specifico delle seguentiAttività:Gestione dei rapporti con i consulenti di qualità esterni;Gestione dei rapporti con il cliente in affiancamento al Project Manager di commessaPredisposizione del QUALITECH di progetto;Monitoraggio delle Performance di Qualità di progetto;Gestione degli auditing e dei reporting;Partecipazione alle Riunioni di Fine Progetto (Lesson-Learned).Requisiti:Laurea in Ingegneria / ArchitetturaEsperienza di almeno 3 anni nel medesimo ruolo maturata preferibilmente nel settore delle costruzioni;Gradita esperienza nei controlli in produzione di elementi prefabbricatiOttima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata;Conoscenza approfondita della normativa di riferimentoBuona conoscenza di MS Excel.Completano il profilo autonomia, precisione, ottime doti di problem solving e capacità di lavorare in team.La ricerca è rivolta a candidature dell'uno e dell'altro sesso ai sensi di L.****** e D.Lgs.******).
