Mission: Per importante gruppo imprenditoriale attivo in diversi settori di business, ricerchiamo un/una HR Director per la divisione Hospitality, che gestisce circa una decina di strutture alberghiere 4* e 5* Luxury distribuite su tutto il territorio nazionale e inserite in un contesto di forte crescita e sviluppo.Main Activities: La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di definire e guidare la strategia HR per la divisione alberghiera, contribuendo allo sviluppo e al consolidamento della funzione all'interno di un contesto in continua evoluzione, ed opererà garantendo il costante allineamento tra politiche HR, obiettivi di business, compliance normativa e valori aziendali, supportando anche i processi di crescita del Gruppo.Nello specifico si occuperà di: definire e guidare la strategia globale delle Risorse Umane a supporto degli obiettivi aziendali, inclusi il recruiting, la formazione, lo sviluppo, la gestione e il coinvolgimento dei dipendenti; supervisionare e motivare un team di professionisti HR, promuovendo la cultura aziendale e il benessere organizzativo; progettare eimplementare strategie di reclutamento innovative per attirare e fidelizzare talenti di alto livello nel settore hospitality; collaborare con il top management e la prima linea per individuare e rispondere alle esigenze di sviluppo organizzativo, favorendo un ambiente di lavoro inclusivo e orientato ai risultati; assicurare la piena conformità alle normative giuslavoristiche e ai regolamenti in materia di lavoro, supportando la definizione e la diffusione delle politiche aziendali; presidiare itemi di diritto del lavoro, relazioni sindacali e contrattualistica, anche in relazione a un perimetro aziendale diversificato; implementaresistemi di performance management finalizzati all'eccellenza operativa e al miglioramento continuo; gestiree ottimizzare i processi di comunicazione interna.Skills: Laurea in Economia e Commercio, Giurisprudenza, Scienze Politiche o Materie umanistiche; è considerata preferenziale una solida conoscenza delle tematiche giuslavoristiche; esperienza di almeno 15 anni nella funzione HR in contesti strutturati e dinamici, preferibilmente nel settore hospitality o affini; spiccate capacità di leadership, eccellenti doti relazionali, empatia e orientamento al lavoro di squadra e al problem solving; flessibilitàe attitudine a operare in un contesto imprenditoriale in crescita e multi-business; ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese; ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office.Sede di lavoro: Friuli Venezia Giulia, con disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte in Veneto e Centro Italia.Il trattamento economico sarà in linea con la professionalità evidenziata.La ricerca è rivolta a candidati di entrambi i sessi (D.Lgs. ********)
