Affirm Data is seeking a dynamicHealthcare Recruiterto join our growing team.In this role, you will be responsible foridentifying and recruiting top healthcare talentto meet the staffing needs of our clients.You will utilize multiple sourcing strategies and develop strong relationships with candidates to facilitate the hiring process.This role requires a high level ofinterpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.You will collaborate closely with internal teams to understand their hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruiting process.This is afully remote role.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify active and passive candidates through various sourcing techniques(social media, networking, and job boards)Conduct comprehensive interviews and evaluations of candidatesManage the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptanceBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clientsCollaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectationsActively participate in recruitment fairs and networking eventsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitmentRequirementsProven experience as aHealthcare Recruiteror similar roleIn-depth knowledge of healthcare industryand staffing needsExceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple prioritiesExperience withATS and recruitment metricsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamProficiency in using various sourcing tools and platformsNice to HaveBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldCertified Recruitment Professional (e.g., CHRP, AIRS)Familiarity with compliance and regulatory issues in healthcare recruitmentExperience with healthcare technology trends or staffingRecruiter • Florence, Metropolitan City of Florence, IT#J-*****-Ljbffr
