With more than 3,000 employees, Abiomed is one of the fastest growing medical technology companies in the world, with headquarters in Danvers, USA, and locations in Aachen and Berlin, Germany, Tokyo, Japan and Singapore.Abiomed is part of Johnson & Johnson MedTech.Abiomed is an employer offering attractive working conditions and a rewarding corporate culture focused on the needs of its employees.Abiomed inspires and retains exceptional talent through collaboration, passion and continuous development.We are searching for the best talent for our Professional Education Manager (m / f / d) position within Italy and the Iberia region.As Professional Education Manager you will support Peer to Peer (Physician) education (onsite and remote Physician educational programs) with focus on the Abiomed Camp Community as well as develop new KOLs while establishing new markets for Abiomed.You will consult with Marketing and other functions to ensure all content is appropriately updated and to integrate digital marketing tactics to provide a seamless end-to-end customer experience.You will participate in the strategy and focus on the implementation of speaker events and execute all peer to peer educational programs: online webinar programs and at the hospital, hotel, congresses and ABIOMED facilities.You will work in close alignment with internal stakeholders to coordinate and implement programs that support Abiomed's mission of increasing education, awareness, and adoption of hemodynamic support.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and execution of customer programs held in major trade shows or established as separate symposiaRegistration and invitation management, coordination of programs with internal and external stakeholdersSupport Physician Programs and speaker management process in close collaboration with internal stakeholders (Mktg / MO)Participate in the development and execute educational programs and training courses at appropriate teaching institutionsParticipate in the development and execute educational webinar programsLiaise for 3rd party speaker coordinationCoordinate logistics organization for all events such as travel, hotel, catering, etc.Control and Ensure FU process re HCP engagement (invitation / honorarium payment / follow up)Perform data input and prepare contract management within legal and compliance standards.Analyze sales force data, trends, and reportsRequirements5-10 years experience in professional medical training and education and / or marketing roleMedTech, Healthcare, Pharma or other regulated industry experience is required, experience in Cardiac Surgery or Interventional Cardiology is preferableBachelor's degree or equivalentdemonstrated proficiency with project planningFamiliar with MS Office suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word and SFDC experienceExcellent presentation and communication skills (oral and written)Critical and strategic thinking and adaptability in fast paced environmentGood ability to handle multiple tasks with multiple stakeholdersFluent English, Spanish and / or Italian (written and spoken)Readiness to travelRequired Skills: Preferred SkillsBrand MarketingBusiness SavvyChannel Partner EnablementCoachingCommunicationLearning Materials DevelopmentMedical AffairsMedical CommunicationsMobile LearningOrganizingPartner OnboardingProblem SolvingProgram ManagementSales PresentationsTechnical CredibilityTraining Delivery MethodsTraining People#J-*****-Ljbffr
