About the RoleAs we prepare for the upcoming opening of Corinthia Rome with Carlo Cracco, we are seeking a Maître D' who embodies elegance, confidence, and a deep passion for refined hospitality. You will be the orchestrator of the dining room, leading a young and talented team while ensuring every detail reflects the elevated style and personality of our new project.Key Responsibilities:Lead the service team with poise, precision, and a natural sense of hospitalityEnsure a seamless service flow, maintaining a refined yet contemporary atmosphereWelcome and engage guests with warmth and professional charmSupport the training and development of junior staffCollaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager and culinary leadership to elevate the guest experience What We're Looking for:Solid experience in fine dining or luxury hotel restaurantsStrong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilitiesA polished presence, excellent interpersonal skills, and a guest-first mindsetFluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Symphony is a plusPassion for working with a young, ambitious team in a high-profile opening environment
