Ultima Markets is a multi-asset trading platform with various global offerings to adapt to investors from all walks of life.Investors trading on our platform get access to CFD financial instruments, including Forex, Commodities, Indices and Shares.As a client-oriented broker, we aim to offer a wide range of products to suit the needs of various clients.Until now, we have served clients from 172 countries and regions with our trustworthy services and well-built trading systems.To learn more about our company, please visit our website:Job OverviewWe are looking for a country manager with entrepreneurial spirit and strong results orientation, responsible for building and leading the company's business in the EU region from scratch.This is a unique high-impact position suitable for sales leaders who crave challenges and autonomy.You will be responsible for developing market entry strategies, establishing key partnerships, building high-performance sales teams, and driving significant revenue growth.Your success will be directly rewarded through an unlimited commission structure.Main responsibilitiesPartnership Development: Proactively identify, approach, and build strong relationships by Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, trading communities, and KOLs.Maintain high outreach velocity and continuously expand a quality partner network.Business Growth & KPI Achievement: Drive regional performance by enhancing key metrics such as First-Time Deposits (FTD) and Net Deposits (ND).Treat ND as a core revenue-linked indicator and deliver measurable business impact.Full BD Process Ownership: Independently manage the entire BD lifecycle - prospecting, qualification, negotiation, follow-ups, closing, and post-deal maintenance.Ensure fast execution and a healthy pipeline.Client & Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners.Increase engagement, retention, and contribution through proactive and high-frequency communication.Market Research & Competitive Insights: Monitor regulatory updates, competitor strategies, user behaviour, and market dynamics in the local region.Provide actionable insights and identify new partnership opportunities.Localized Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to support localized content, community engagement, and event initiatives.Ensure smooth and effective execution across Italian-speaking markets.re all sales and partnership activities comply with local regulations and company policies.Job requirements (must be met)Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, capable of independently acquiring and converting clients.Strong execution, self-discipline, and ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain long-term relationships and manage high-frequency partner interactions.Good command of English and Italian for business communication (Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus).High resilience and emotional stability under pressure and rejection.Established IB, affiliate, KOL, or trading community resources that can contribute immediately.Experience in CFD, FX, Crypto, or Online Trading industries, or personal experience using trading platforms.Strong hunter mindset: bonus-driven, results-oriented, and committed to ND growth.We provideUncapped Income Potential: An attractive compensation package that includes a generous base salary and, more importantly, an uncapped commission structure that directly rewards your performance.Autonomy and Influence: Freedom to form your own team and develop strategies for the entire region.Your decisions will directly affect the global success of the company.Career Development: This is a senior leadership position where you will have great career and financial advancement opportunities as the company grows.Global Environment: Work with a diverse international team to serve customers worldwide.Remote work flexibility: can work from anywhere in the world.
