Technogym inspires 70million daily users to train using our innovative & engaging solutions for fitness, sport and health.By promoting the Healthness lifestyle of exercise, a balanced diet, and a positive mental approach, AI Tracking & Longevity, Technogym has rapidly grown into a success story of over 2,800 employees at 16 branches, expanding to more than 150 countries.It has been selected as Official Supplier to 10 editions of the Olympic Games - from Sydney **** to Milano Cortina ****.Suppose you are a team player with strong relationship skills and an international approach, eager to invest your energy in building dreams.In that case, you have the right spirit to join Technogym because you have the IMBESTIOYou will naturally fit our culture if you work out and live a healthy lifestyle, are proactive, determined, and are digitally savvy.Move with us for a better worldYour RoleWe are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Tender Specialist to join our Customer Service Team at Technogym HQ (Cesena, Italy).In this role you will have the opportunity to build upon the recent improvements in processesand win rate and to ensure that all Technogym tender submissions are timely, high quality and commercially correct.You will primarily be responsible for the project management (timeline creation and follow-ups), editing and formattingof tender response documents as and when they are required by customers.You will also be responsible for maintaining an online bid library, updating and rewriting materials as time permits, and reporting on tender win/loss rates and values.Your ImpactIdentify, research, and monitor tenders (public and private), for the supply of both goods and services;Coordinate all phases necessary to execute the tender, proactively collaborating with Sales function;Evaluate technical and financial requirements for participation in the tender;Coordinate administrative and bureaucratic procedures, including the production of all documentation required by the procedure, from the introductory phase to the final phase (involving relevant company departments, if necessary);Monitor and ensure full compliance with timelines and deadlines indicated in the tender;Monitor and supervise the proper execution of the contract, intervening when necessary at the contracting authority and/or on-site;Manage registrations and maintenance on the main online platforms (e.g. Gazzetta Ufficiale, MePa, InfoAppalti, etc.);Manage registrations and maintenance on Clients' Supplier portals;Exchange information and daily contacts with foreign Subsidiaries on tender-related matters;About YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.You are attentive to detail, with an excellent methodical approach.You are willing to be flexible in your working patterns and to work under pressure.What you should bring:Master's Degree in Economics, Law or related fields5 years of previous experience in a similar role within structured organizations (preferably from medical, energy or furniture industries)Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and SAPProficiency in Italian and English (minimum level B2 CEFR)Availability for national business tripsAbility to work in teams, to effectively communicate with colleagues, suppliers, clientsGood relationship skills and ability to solve conflictsTechnogym is an Equal Opportunities EmployerTechnogym is an equal opportunities employer.We welcome applications from all members of society irrespective of age, sex, sexual orientation, race, religion or belief.Discover your potential with a career at Technogym, where work means loving what you do, taking on challenges, learning from others, sharing a vision and making it come true#J-*****-Ljbffr
