Company DescriptionAlpinestars is the leading global performance motorsports apparel, protection and footwear manufacturer.For over 60 years the company has been providing the world's best athletes and motorsports enthusiasts in the pursuit of performance excellence with the most technologically advanced products which fuse protection, performance, innovation and style.Thanks to the outstanding quality and continuous innovation of our products, we are currently going through a solid expansion phase on the global market, for which we aim to reinforce our strongly international teams with top talent from anywhere in the world**.Positi**onWe are currently seekingan Enterprise Integration Architect to help shape data and technology foundation at the base of our global digital transformation.You will design and implement a scalable enterprise data layer that connects systems across the company – from ERP to e-commerce – enabling real-time insights and future-ready innovations such as AI and predictive analys**is.Key Responsibili**tiesYou will design and document a scalable enterprise integration architecture connecting ERP, PLM, CRM and other platf- orms.You will define data exchange standards and schemes to ensure interoperability across business dom- ains.You will lead the implementation of a real-time event-driven data infrastructure using modern messaging framew- orks.Moreover, you will establish governance for naming conventions, data lifecycle and access manage- ment.You will conduct cross-functional workshops as well as providing technical guidance to the implementation t- eams.You will also coordinate system integration strategies across IT, operations and digital t**eams.Requir**ementsA minimum of 5 years' experience in enterprise architecture and / or industrial data integ- ration.Strong knowledge of event-driven and service-oriented archite- ctures.Proficiency in data modelling, API design and modern messaging pa- tterns.Previous experience in integrating ERP and enterprise systems in a manufacturing or consumer products c- ontext.Excellent communication and documentation- skills.Interest or previous exposure to AI, Machine Learning and / or Data Innovation will be considered a stron**g plus.Other Info**rmation:Location – Asolo (TV)
