Are you passionate about defining visual languages that go beyond traditional marketing?At Infinity, we are more than a communications hub: we are the creative force behind Infinity's Brand and the internal communication engine of a global company that designs transformative corporate experiences.Our creative work powers brand storytelling, internal engagement and strategic communication across diverse formats and audiences from digital content to live events and immersive experiences.Infinity itself is a company that pushes the boundaries of corporate learning and communication, known for crafting highly engaging, unconventional development and behavioral education programs that shape mindset shifts in organizations worldwide.This unique blend means we don't just make beautiful things, we collaborate closely with Education teams to create content and experiences that support learning outcomes, cultural transformation and communication impact.You will work at the co-action of education and communication, bringing visual thinking to both strategic narratives and educational journeys.What You'll Do As Art Director, you will: Lead and define the visual identity of communication projects that span digital, printed, environmental and experiential touchpoints Translate strategic briefs into compelling and effective visual concepts that support both communication goals and learning experiences Work in tight collaboration with Communications, Education Design, Learning & Development and Project teams to ensure creative excellence across integrated projects Contribute to the evolution of the Infinity brand through high-impact visual storytelling that resonates internally and externally, and supports complex educational and change initiatives You Elevate creative standards Who You Are You are a creative leader with: 5–7 years in art direction or senior visual design (agency, studio or in-house) A strong portfolio showing a mix of communication campaigns, digital content and experiential design A strategic mindset and ability to partner with cross-functional teams Experience with end-to-end design processes from concept to delivery Curiosity for human-centered design and a desire to work on projects that intersect communication with education, behavioral change and learning Why This Role Matters This is not a typical advertising role.Here: You'll shape visual narratives that influence how people think, learn and engage Your work will impact both brand communication and educational experiences across global audiences You'll work in a unique creative ecosystem where design supports communication effectiveness and transformational learning Apply Now Ready to design creative work that matters?Send your portfolio and CV to with subject: Art Director – Creative & Education Communication.
