Xylem is a Fortune 500 global water solutions company dedicated to advancing sustainable impact and empowering the people who make water work every day.As a leading water technology company with 23,000 employees operating in over 150 countries, Xylem is at the forefront of addressing the world's most critical water challenges.We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.The Role :For our manufacturing plant in Montecchio Maggiore (VI) with more than 800 employees, we are looking for a Technical Trainer who will act as the point of contact in Technical Training for the assigned region, ensuring employees and customers are supported in training and competency development needs.Main Responsibilities :Support the development of a structured technical training program across the companyProvide industry-leading support and advice to product line management and sales departments across the companyDesign and deliver consistent and fit-for-purpose tools, systems and processes to support the analysis, design, development and implementation of technical training and competency standards.Contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction through coaching, advising and supporting with technical solutions and compelling business cases.Provides internal consulting services to company employees and management for the purpose of catching new business opportunitiesSupports Product lines to map and develop appropriate learning plans and training objectives for creating the right value proposition to the audienceCreates and publishes processes and tools for the consistent development of competency standards, learning plans, learning strategies, training-communication plans, etc.Develops and maintains effective tools such as quick reference guides, materials, workshops, training and presentation materialsTravels to and conducts training, briefings, management presentations as required, representing all aspects of technical training function at various locations around the region assignedConduct and manage factory tour for customers and training attendants and conduct "train the trainers" sessions to delegate locally this kind of activitiesQualifications / Technical Competences :Degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electric)At least 3 years of experience in pump business and / or similar fields (HVAC preferred)Fluency in English and written and spoken is required (knowledge of German or French will be a plus)Fluency in Italian will be considered a plusExperience in training, presentations, public speakingBackground in pump theory, selection and applicationsSoft Skills :Customer focus, internally and externallyExcellent communicationSkilled at organizing and coordinatingMulti-taskingTeam player but able to work independentlyFlexibilityLocation :Montecchio Maggiore (Vicenza) - it is required to be present in Montecchio site at least 3 days per weekTravel :*******% maxContract :full-time, permanentBenefit :company bonus, company canteen and smart working 2 days per weekJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.Our products impact public utilities, industrial sectors, residential areas, and commercial buildings, with a commitment to providing smart metering, network technologies, and advanced analytics for water, electric, and gas utilities.Partner with us in creating a world where water challenges are met with ingenuity and dedication; where we recognize the power of inclusion and belonging in driving innovation and allowing us to compete more effectively around the world.#J-*****-Ljbffr
