Overview Azienda Leading financial services multinational.International environment focused on technological innovation.OffertaThe resource will be responsible for shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of the products' roadmap, working closely with Sales and the CTO.They will act as the bridge between market needs, client requests, and technical development, ensuring the solutions remain at the forefront of industry trends and client expectations.Product Strategy & RoadmapDevelop and own the product roadmap, aligning with market trends, client needs, and business objectives.Gather and analyze feedback from clients, sales, and market research to identify opportunities for product optimization and innovation.Present product roadmaps and strategic recommendations to the CTO and executive team.Stakeholder CollaborationWork in close partnership with Sales to understand client requirements and market dynamics, with a focus on the sell side.Translate client and market needs into actionable product ideas and requirements for the technical team.Liaise with the CTO to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with product vision.Vendor & Market InsightMaintain a deep understanding of the trading technology landscape, including vendors, market infrastructure, and regulatory trends.Build and nurture relationships with key vendors and industry partners.Quality & DeliveryLead the Quality Assessment team, ensuring all products meet the highest standards before release.Oversee product demos and represent the company at industry conferences and events.Client EngagementManage and prioritize client requests, selecting those that drive product value and differentiation.Act as the representative of the client within the organization, advocating for features and enhancements that align with business goals.Competenze ed esperienzaBachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or related fieldProven experience in product management within trading technology, ideally within a vendorStrong knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms and client workflows, with a strong focus on the sell sideDemonstrated ability to translate complex client needs into clear product requirementsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work effectively with both technical and commercial teamsExcellent knowledge of the Italian and English languageCompleta l'offertaCompetitive salary package10 days of working from homeOpportunities for international career growth within the technology and financial services sectorEngaging and collaborative work environment with a focus on innovationIf you are passionate about leading product innovation and shaping the future of technology, we encourage you to apply#J-*****-Ljbffr
