Your Responsibility1.Identify prospective projects with suitable solar resource, electric transmission access, and site characteristics2.Create and manage project development budgets and estimates3.Establish and manage relationships with stakeholders, including elected officials, regulators, utilities, RTOs, and community leaders, to support project development4.Negotiation and manage of Developer ´s Contracts5.Work with internal resources, such as the Legal, Engineering, Project Finance and EPC teams6.Obtain land surface rights to design, permit, construct, operate, and maintain solar power projects7.Manage state, federal, and regional permitting of solar facilities8.Participate in interconnection agreement negotiations9.Manage environmental studies10.Oversee the preparation of proposals that are submitted to utilities11.Support the financial analysis and modeling of the project12.Provide reports to management by producing regular and frequent pipeline updates, project status updates, and other reporting documents13.Research energy market and competition on an ongoing basis14.Communicate information continuously and effectively to cross-functional teamOur Requirements1.Bachelor's degree in Business, Laws, Engineering, or a related field;Master's degree preferred.2.10+ years of progressively responsible project management experience in the energy industry.3.Team player with effective communication skills.4.Pro-active, hands-on and driven.5.Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment preferred.6.English fluency required.7.Must be willing and able to travel, both domestically and internationally.
