We are looking for talented and motivated tax attorneys for our Milan tax practice.ResponsibilitiesMake legal researches on tax law;Proactively participate in drafting and reviewing memos, opinions, presentations and numerical models for clients;Proactively assist in day-to-day clients' requests;Provide advice to multinational companies on their domestic and international tax needs;Liaise with foreign external consultants of our network;Provide tax assistance on M&A transactions and cross-border business restructurings;Attend meetings with client and keep minutes and other administrative tasks as may be required.RequirementsMaster degree in economics or law, ideally with a major in tax;Qualified Lawyer or chartered accountant (Dottore Commercialista);Sound knowledge of domestic and international tax, VAT and transfer pricing rules;4-6 years' of experience in the field of tax advisory to medium/large multinational groups;Fluent in English (other spoken languages are a plus);Be self-motivated and possess strong interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills.In line with our firm policy of building a top-notch fully integrated international group, periods of internship with our offices in Europe/US are allowed and facilitated.If interested, send your CV toSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionLegalIndustriesLaw Practice#J-*****-Ljbffr
