Synergie Italia cerca un/una Sub System Technical Lead – Sospensioni da inserire nel team Engineering di una multinazionale Automotive a Torino.Sede: TorinoRuolo: Sub System Technical Lead – SospensioniContratto: Staff Leasing – Tempo pienoCosa farai:· Guidare lo sviluppo tecnico e lintegrazione dei componenti sospensioni· Coordinare attività cross-funzionali con ingegneria, fornitori, qualità e produzione· Gestire prototipi, validazioni e attività di problem solving· Gestire RFQ, Product Cards e processi di cambiamento ingegneristico· Monitorare KPI e segnalare criticità agli stakeholderChi cerchiamo:· Laurea Triennale in Ingegneria Meccanica, Automotive o affini· Esperienza in leadership tecnica e gestione team· Competenze su sistemi sospensioni e ciclo di vita prodotto· Ottima conoscenza Microsoft Office e CAD di base (UG o CATIA)· Italiano e inglese fluentiCosa offriamo: Contratto a tempo indeterminato in staff leasingRAL indicativa: ****** € + incentivo di produttività mensileProgetti internazionali e tecnologie allavanguardia Ambiente dinamico e formazione continuaSe vuoi far parte di un team che valorizza le competenze tecniche e offre reali opportunità di crescita internazionale, inviaci il tuo CV
