We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Analyst to join our Finance Department in Milan and support the Finance Director in managing and improving the company's financial performance.The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years of experience, a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills in English and a good knowledge of French, together with a solid foundation in accounting and financial processes.The position will focus exclusively on the financial management of the foreign subsidiaries.Main Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate all financial activities related to foreign subsidiaries.- Support in Budgeting and Forecasting activities for international entities.- Perform Cash Flow Analysis and monitor liquidity trends across subsidiaries.- Prepare and manage financial reports for corporate bodies (e.G., Board of Directors).- Collaborate with the Accounting Department on monthly closings and financial statements of foreign companies.- Contribute to the preparation of the Statutory Financial Statements and internal reporting.Requirements:- Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.- Fluent English (both written and spoken) – daily communication with international stakeholders.- Good knowledge of French (both written and spoken).- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial analysis tools.- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.- Previous experience in the Finance & Administration department.- Experience in an auditing firm (Big Four experience preferred).- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.We Offer:- A stimulating and international work environment in Milan.- Direct exposure to top management and decision-making processes.- Opportunities for professional growth and learning.- Employment contract and compensation package based on experience.Location: MilanAvailability: ImmediateAdditional information:Diversity and inclusivity are fundamental values for Compass.Interested candidates will be considered with respect for diversity, valuing different characteristics such as age, culture, ability, and gender orientation or expression.
