Società: Banca Mediolanum Posizione: In ottica di implementazione della Direzione Sistemi Informativi di Banca Mediolanum, stiamo ricercando una figura di: IT Service Manager Responsabilità primarie: Definire gli attributi del servizio, quali disponibilità e performance, e monitorarne l'andamento con le esigenze di business.Misurazione dei servizi, creazione di dashboard.Essere il punto di riferimento per il servizio relativo ai processi ICT Service Management (Incident, problem, request,...).Fornire input per il miglioramento continuo dei servizi ICT, proponendo interventi di razionalizzazione e ottimizzazione dei processi, delle procedure e degli strumenti di lavoro.Creare un rapporto di fiducia con gli utenti e con tutti i soggetti coinvolti nella gestione del servizio organizzando anche gli status meeting relativi alla gestione del servizio, realizzando e utilizzando documentazione e reporting.Presidiare l'intero ciclo di vita del servizio in collaborazione con le altre Unità Organizzative della Divisione ICT.Definire e rappresentare i servizi ICT nei confronti dell'organizzazione e assicurare la loro qualità e conformità al fine di soddisfare le esigenze.Supportare il Responsabile nella rendicontazione e nella redazione della documentazione di processo.Assicurare il rispetto delle best practice e degli accordi sul livello di servizio.Individuare le priorità e necessità aziendali che impattano i servizi ICT.Implementare le più recenti e utili pratiche e tecnologie di IT Service Management.Profilo competenze: Il candidato ideale è in possesso di una laurea tecnologico/scientifica, ha maturato un'esperienza nel ruolo o affine da almeno cinque anni.Possiede una conoscenza dei principali Framework e standard di IT Service Management come ITIL, conoscenza delle best practices di IT Service Management e IT Operations, del funzionamento dei tool di ITSM come ServiceNow e di Data Visualization e strumenti office 365.Completano il profilo una eccellente comunicazione, attitudine al problem solving ed alla collaborazione con diverse terze parti, orientamento al risultato con spiccate capacità organizzative e doti di Time Management con una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.Sede di lavoro: Milano – partially remote I dati richiesti verranno trattati nell'assoluto rispetto delle disposizioni contenute nel Regolamento Europeo ******** (General Data Protection Regulation- "GDPR" o "Normativa Privacy") e sue successive modificazioni ed integrazioni.È possibile visionare l'informativa di Banca Mediolanum SPA, accedendo al seguente link:.Gruppo Mediolanum si impegna a garantire la parità di trattamento a tutti i candidati secondo i principi di Diversity and Inclusion.#LI-EM1 #LI-HYBRID #J-*****-Ljbffr
