Founded in ****, Staff International is a Creative Production Platform, based on employees' worth recognition, technological innovation, and sustainable practices, part of OTB Group.With over 40 years of experience in the fashion industry, at the service of both OTB's brands and international licensed labels, Staff International represents the soundest Made in Italy craftsmanship.We ground creative visions on research and analysis to implement reliable knowledge in our complete production cycle.In an ever-changing fashion environment, our job keeps the highest standards of brand consistency, making flexibility and speed key features of complexity management.That's how we design, produce and globally distribute collections working side to side with the most relevant personalities of the fashion scene - while taking care of content development and implementation, finely curated for every purpose, from media to commerce, from retail to metaverse.As a key industrial platform for some of the labels in OTB's portfolio,including Maison Margiela and its MM6 advanced contemporary line, Jil Sander, Marni and Diesel's shoes, bags, and small leather goods division, Staff International also works under an exclusive worldwide license with Dsquared2.All'interno dell'Ufficio Svilupp Data dedicato al Brand, la risorsa si occuperà di supportare attivamente tutte le fasi di sviluppo tecnico e gestionale degli articoli di pelletteria, lavorando a stretto contatto con i team di Design, Produzione e Industrializzazione per garantire il rispetto degli standard qualitativi e dei tempi di consegna.Aree di responsabilitàCreazione anagrafiche di Prodotto e gestione Documentazione Tecnica:Supporta la creazione delle schede Prodotto a gestionale raccogliendo contestualmente la relativa documentazione tecnica, assicurando che tutte le specifiche siano allineate con le esigenze produttive e di qualità.Compilazione Distinte Basi: Si occupa di realizzare le schede di ciascun prodotto a gestionale, dalla codifica alla redazione della Di.ba finale per il lancio in produzione, inserendo ed aggiornando dati tecnici e anagrafici in PLM (materiali, componenti, consumi, packaging).Supporto attività di Costing: Supporta l'attività di costing dei prodotti, monitorando i costi di materiali e manodopera per garantire la competitività ed il raggiungimento del target-cost desiderato.Collaborazione con gli enti preposti:Collabora con Industrializzazione, Uff.Acquisti e Produ ?????.Segue gli sviluppi assegnati ai fornitori e supporta questi ultimi per quanto necessario, garantendo una adeguata comunicazione ed individuando eventuali criticità/soluzioni.Compliance e Conformità Procedurale:Opera in conformità con le procedure amministrative previste e cura il rispetto degli standard di Compliance secondo le richieste specifiche del Brand e del Gruppo.Requisiti richiestiEsperienza di almeno 3 anni nel Product Development di pelletteria.Esperienza nella creazione e gestione di codifiche e compilazione distinte basi.Conoscenza delle dinamiche di costificazione e stime pre-costing.Conoscenza dei materiali e dei processi di lavorazione della pelletteria.Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli nella gestione dei dati tecnici e delle specifiche di prodotto.Buone capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo.Buone capacità di collaborazione e comunicazione con team trasversali.Ottima capacità di adattamento e flessibilità.Buona conoscenza dei software PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) e Stealth.Buona conoscenza del pac(#J-*****-Ljbffr
