About ninesquared ninesquared is a fast-growing premium volleyball brand working with clubs and athletes around the world.We design teamwear, accessories, and content that celebrates volleyball and sport culture.We're building the new volleyball standard, where performance meets aesthetics, culture, and community.If you think sport deserves better visuals, better storytelling, and more personality, you'll feel at home here.The RoleWe're looking for a Designer & Content Creator with a strong video-first mindset.Your main mission.Create content people actually want to watch.You'll shoot, edit, experiment, test, fail fast, and improve even faster.You'll be hands-on with daily social content, product and lifestyle videos, and you'll help shape how ninesquared looks, moves, and feels online.This is a hybrid role.You'll work from our Riva del Garda office at least 2–3 days per week.What You'll Do• Shoot and edit high-impact video content for social media• Create daily content that makes the brand stand out• Work on short-form formats and long-form cinematic content• Shoot and edit photos when needed• Edit and refine content from external photographers and videographers• Support the product design team with graphics for sportswear and uniforms• Protect and evolve the ninesquared visual identity across all touchpointsYou'll work closely with:- Marketing Manager.Video strategy and social content- Senior Graphic Designer.Sportswear and apparel graphicsYou Are• Ambitious, and visually obsessed• Very strong in video shooting and editing, short-form and cinematic• Deeply fluent in social media content logic, trends, and formats• Confident with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube• Comfortable shooting with smartphones, cameras, drones, and related gear• Skilled with editing tools such as Adobe, CapCut, Final Cut, or DaVinci• Into sports, lifestyle, fashion, or street culture• Volleyball lover is a big plus, but not mandatory• Fluent in English• Available to work in Riva del Garda at least 2–3 days per weekNice to Have• Motion graphics skills• Strong photography eye• Experience with brand content, apparel, or sportswearWhat We Offer• A young, creative, international team• One of the fastest-growing sportswear brands in Europe• Real creative freedom.Ideas matter here• Travel opportunities for events, shoots, and campaigns• Concrete growth inside the company• Hybrid work flexibility
