Are you interested in joining an international company within the wind energy sector?Department DescriptionWe are building a new Process Engineering organization at Vestas Blades.Our mission is to support manufacturing operations with experts who are directly involved in the production process.This setup allows for faster decision-making, stronger process ownership, and deeper technical understanding.We operate with a mindset of excellence and innovation.We are looking for Documentation Expertto join our teams in both the Handling & Logistics and Finish & Paint areas in our factory of blades for wind turbines.ResponsibilitiesAs a Documentation Expert, your main responsibility is to create, maintain, and improve clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for teams working on wind turbine blade production.This includes work instructions, process flows, and training materials for shop floor teams.You will play a key part in improving our processes and supporting performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC).You will work closely with operators, logistics staff, and quality teams and spend time on the shop floor to truly understand how things work.Create and update process documentation and work instructions for shop floor teams (e.g., operators, logistics staff, quality teams)Ensure documentation is always available, accessible, and up-to-dateFollow documentation standards and templates provided by the organizationCollect feedback from end-users and make improvements to content and structureConduct internal quality and completeness checks before releasing documentationTrack and communicate documentation status and timelines to relevant stakeholdersSupport the development of basic training materials related to document useShare best practices and lessons learned with documentation teams across areasUse modern digital tools for documentation (e.g., process visualization tools, laser systems)Support root cause investigations using methods like 5 Whys and Fishbone DiagramsApply Leanthinking to simplify processes and reduce wasteRequirementsAll levels of experience - from junior professionals to senior specialists with deep experience in technical documentation.Bachelor's degree - You don't need to be an engineer, but comfortable navigating engineering-related contentBackground in technical documentation, manufacturing, logistics, or technical support roles in industrial environmentTraining or experience in technical writing, communication, or process documentationFamiliarity with tools and methodologies like Lean, 5 Whys, Fishbone, etcCompetenciesSkilled written communication: ability to explain technical topics in a simple, clear wayAttention to detail: documentation must be accurate and consistentOrganized and structured person and results-orientedAble to work across teams, cultures, and time zonesWhat we offerAttractive salary depending on relevant experience + bonusOpportunity to grow in an international environmentThis is an international company, please upload your CV in English.#J-*****-Ljbffr
