OverviewThe challengeAn exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to Haier Europe.The Company aims for ambitious growth and leadership in the region.We seek someone who is passionate, proactive, self-driven, and motivated to join a team of open-minded individuals.The role embodies the Company's core behaviors based on the Own It model : Zero Distance, Agility, Entrepreneurship, Ecosystem and Build Trust.A true change agent who acts with integrity, collaborates across boundaries, adapts quickly, takes initiative and keeps users at the center, fostering an open, innovative, and high-performing environment.Job TitleJunior HR ManagerWhat You Will DoIn this role you will partner with Leaders in the Platforms / Functions Departments to translate business needs and priorities into HR actions.The Functions and After Sales teams are undergoing a deep transformation to support the Product Lines and Markets across the region.You will become a trusted advisor to internal clients, supporting them in developing talent successfully and building effective organizations.Partner with Leaders to identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes.Actively coach managers in people management practicesDefine and drive a performance culture in line with the company core behaviors.Be a change agent to enable transformation, growth and development of people and the businessManage and monitor HR processes across the whole employee life-cycle; implement organizational design, Talent & Performance, Culture & Engagement agendas, programs and practicesDevelop strong relationships with HR teams globally, Talent Acquisition, C&B, L&D, Payroll to implement and continuously improve processes and share best practicesEnsure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations; support rollout of compliance initiatives and provide counsel to management on local employment law and legislation changesEnsure HR systems are aligned with the organizations you support.Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve processes, employee engagement and policy alignmentWhat You Need To SucceedMust haveSome previous experience in an HR Generalist role is preferredComfortable in an international and multicultural environmentEducationDegree in Economics / Management / Human Resources / Law or similarProfessional experienceHR background 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a multinational companyLanguageFluent in English and ItalianSoft SkillsSelf-starter, result oriented and able to organize work independentlyEager to practice leadership while handling multiple priorities / stakeholdersAble to properly handle confidential and sensitive informationBalanced judgmentStrong interpersonal, communication and leadership skillsMindsetSimplification, data driven, digitalTechnical SkillsGood command of HR Information Systems (Workday is a plus) and Microsoft Office (proficient in Excel)Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, or other characteristics protected by law.J-*****-Ljbffr#J-*****-Ljbffr
