Modern Workplace Engineer / Business Analyst We have an exciting opportunity for a Modern Workplace Engineer to join Norgine.The person holding this position will report to Senior Director Enterprise Solutions.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Process/Model Rethink: Analyze and identify opportunities to improve processes, practices, and procedures using prescribed methodologies.Continuous Improvement: Review existing operations in own area of work and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure continuous improvements are delivered.Improvement/Innovation: Identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems, and procedures, and use established change management programs to address them, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Business Requirements Identification: Collaborate with business functions to gather and document requirements for technical solutions, identifying opportunities to replace manual or inefficient processes.Analysis of "As Is" and "To Be": Document "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability.Processes Automation: Analyze business processes to identify and implement use cases for Automation across departments, develop software tools that automate routine tasks through existing user interfaces, create smart workflows via Power Apps, and manage Power Automate flows.Technical Support: Provide advice, training, and assistance to users to resolve complex queries and ensure smooth adoption of process and tool capabilities.Technology Implementation: Support specific technology implementation processes, aiding in the optimization of technology use.Insights and Reporting: Generate reports on process improvement initiatives, monitor effectiveness, and evaluate potential use cases for new features.Personal Capability Building: Develop own capabilities through assessment, development planning, training, coaching, and professional accreditation where relevant.Compliance Responsibility: Comply with applicable rules, laws, regulations and guidance governing role responsibilities.RequirementsPower platform (PowerBI, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.)M365 SuiteProven experience implementing use cases with Microsoft Copilot or OpenAI-based toolsComprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 configuration and lifecycle managementExperience in developing and delivering solutions in a commercial environment would be beneficialHands-on experience developing solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate in a global environmentExperience delivering business solutionsGood knowledge of ServiceNow and solutions provided by ServiceNow, beyond standard end-user capabilitiesExperience RequiredTechnology or related field, or equivalent levelBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Information TechnologyBenefitsOur benefits may vary per location.Please liaise with the Norgine TA representative to obtain more information.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionEngineering and Information TechnologyIndustriesNon-profit Organizations and Primary and Secondary EducationReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Norgine by 2x.#J-*****-Ljbffr
