OverviewBvlgari, within its Jewelry Business Unit based in Rome, is searching for a Product Marketing Manager.Mission:Contribute to the Product Portfolio strategy and Product Lifecycle of the assigned collection(s), according to the Brand Image, positioning and the market evidence/commercial potential, in order to support the company vision and reach the business objectives in terms of share of market, revenues and margins.ResponsibilitiesSupport the top management in the definition of the portfolio Marketing strategy for the Jewelry category, detecting consumer target, product concept, price positioning, distribution channels, expected revenues, target margin, etc., with specific focus on the 3YP and full respect of the budget guidelinesEvaluate performance analysis on the collection(s) & the market to identify business opportunities for the category (new market segments, new products/line extensions, etc.), analyze consumers and industry trends to address the portfolio evolutionGuide the development of the Product Marketing brief according to the brand strategy and execution of the Product Development process with relevant stakeholders.Focus on cooperating with the Design team to develop new creativities through enriched product briefs offering consistent yet innovative storytellingSupervise the product portfolio & product life cycle of the assigned collection(s), and propose marketing and product plan corrective actions, if neededImplement current year launches cooperating with Central Merchandising and Supply Chain departments to define product assortments, sales forecast evolution and ensuring product availabilityCooperate with Global Brand & Communication department to ensure the right communication plan (campaign, ATL, BTL, events etc.) according to the brand long-term strategy and positioningCoordinate internal team (JBU Marketing) cross-collection activities such as: markets liasing, process-improvements, shootings & campaigns, market researches etc...Qualifications3/5 years experience in similar roles, preferably within Jewelry brands.Understanding of the luxury brands, fashion industry and current trendsProduct Marketing and Merchandising techniquesAnalysis and reportingProject ManagementFluency in English and ItalianIT applications (SAP/ERP, BW, MS Office)Soft competencies:Customer OrientationEntrepreneurshipBusiness AcumenInnovation, out of the box thinkingCommunicationFlexibilityTeam-workingProduct sensitivityProfileAdditional InformationContractImpiego a tempo indeterminatoExperienceAlmeno 3 anniTypeFull timeFunctionMarketing #J-*****-Ljbffr
