Automation Engineer - Settore Farmaceutico La tua nuova aziendaHays Solutions, società del gruppo multinazionale Hays, quotata al London Stock Exchange, offre servizi di consulenza in ambito Engineering e IT, con l'obiettivo di contribuire al successo e al progresso tecnologico delle persone e delle aziende.Per un nostro cliente, leader nel settore farmaceutico, ricerchiamo un Automation Engineer.Cosa dovrai fare- Programmazione e sviluppo PLC: Sviluppare, testare e mettere in servizio la logica di controllo per nuove apparecchiature o aggiornamenti di sistemi esistenti.- Integrazione HMI/SCADA: Progettare e configurare interfacce operatore e sistemi SCADA per il monitoraggio e controllo dei processi.- Documentazione e convalida: Redigere e mantenere documentazione tecnica (URS, FS, DS, IQ, OQ) in accordo agli standard GAMP 5.- Conformità normativa: Assicurare che tutti i sistemi automatizzati rispettino le normative GMP e i requisiti di integrità dei dati (Data Integrity), in particolare la FDA 21 CFR Part 11 per le registrazioni elettroniche e le firme elettroniche.- Troubleshooting: Fornire supporto tecnico e risolvere malfunzionamenti complessi dei sistemi di automazione in ambienti produttivi critici.- Test e Commissioning: Eseguire e supervisionare i test di accettazione in fabbrica (FAT) e in loco (SAT) prima della messa in servizio.Competenze tecniche richieste- PLC: Programmazione su piattaforme Siemens S7/TIA Portal e Rockwell Automation.- Linguaggi IEC *******: Ladder Diagram, Function Block, Structured Text.- SCADA/HMI: Esperienza con la configurazione di sistemi SCADA (WinCC, FactoryTalk, Copadata Zenon) e HMI- Reti industriali: Conoscenza dei protocolli di comunicazione industriale ( es. Ethernet/IP, Profibus/Profinet, Modbus).- Historian e Integration Layer per sistemi MES: Esperienza o familiarità con l'integrazione con sistemi di raccolta dati e sistemi di esecuzione della produzione.Altre competenze richieste- Normative: GMP, GAMP 5, FDA 21 CFR Part 11.- CSV: Esperienza nella validazione di sistemi computerizzati (nice to have).Formazione/Esperienza- Laurea in Ingegneria dell'Automazione, Elettronica, Informatica o campo tecnico equivalente.- Esperienza (5+ anni) diretta e comprovata nella programmazione PLC e nell' automazione di impianti, preferibilmente in contesti regolamentati (farmaceutico, biotech, alimentare).Altre informazioni- Sede di lavoro: Settala- 80% smart workingCome candidarsiI candidati di ambo i sessi, dopo aver visionato l'informativa obbligatoria sulla privacy sul sito , sono invitati a inviare il proprio CV in formato Word, indicando il riferimento ******.
