Per azienda del settore Fashion-Retail, ricerchiamo un: Senior Infrastructure EngineerLa persona individuata supporterà la gestione e il miglioramento continuo dell'infrastruttura IT.Le attività prevedono l'amministrazione e la manutenzione di sistemi operativi client e server, principalmente in ambienti Microsoft.È richiesta una stretta collaborazione con team cross-funzionali per garantire operazioni IT affidabili e sicure e la gestione di fornitori esterni che forniscono supporto.Le attività nello specifico saranno:-Gestione e manutenzione dell'infrastruttura IT, inclusi i sistemi operativi in ambienti Microsoft e Linux;-Configurazione e gestione di sistemi di virtualizzazione ESX;-Amministrazione dei server e analisi di avvisi ed errori nei log eventi;-Supporto al Service Desk nelle attività di troubleshooting per l'identificazione della causa radice dei problemi e fornitura di supporto tecnico quando necessario;-Esecuzione di audit periodici e programmati di tutti i sistemi, inclusi i backup;-Implementazione e monitoraggio delle policy di sicurezza, supporto nelle valutazioni di vulnerabilità e risposta agli incidenti di sicurezza secondo le procedure stabilite;-Sviluppo e manutenzione di script di automazione per ottimizzare le attività amministrative di routine e migliorare l'efficienza operativa;-Monitoraggio delle performance dei sistemi e dell'utilizzo delle risorse, con raccomandazioni per la scalabilità e l'ottimizzazione dell'infrastruttura;-Redazione e aggiornamento della documentazione relativa alle procedure e alle attività svolte;-Aggiornamento continuo su tecnologie emergenti, trend di settore e best practice nell'amministrazione di sistemi;-Configurazione e gestione delle reti utilizzando tecnologie HPE Aruba Networking;-Gestione dei servizi cloud Microsoft Azure, amministrazione di Teams Phone e SharePoint;-Partecipazione a progetti IT per migliorare l'efficienza e la sicurezza dell'infrastruttura, con possibilità di guidare piccole iniziative tecniche sotto supervisione;-Gestione dei fornitori esterni che sono a supporto del team.L'azienda prevede 2 giorni di smart working a settimana e numerosi benefit aziendali (Scontistica prodotti; mensa aziendale; palestra gratis e/o sconti..)
