You'll be at the forefront of solving complex technical challenges while building scalable, innovative solutions that transform how businesses manage their supply chain operations.What You'll Do:Lead and architect mission-critical initiatives across multiple teams, establishing best practices for software developmentDesign, develop, and deploy robust infrastructure solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teamsBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and monitoring systems to ensure service reliabilityMentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellenceDevelop secure, highly available services that power supply chain operationsCreate innovative solutions to enhance service quality and customer experienceIdeal Candidate Will Have:Good background in designing and building large-scale distributed systemsExperience leading technical initiatives and mentoring other engineersExpertise in modern software development practices and cloud technologiesTrack record of delivering complex projects in fast-paced environmentsBasic Qualifications5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experienceExperience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering teamPreferred Qualifications- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalentOur inclusive culture empowers Amazon employees to deliver the best results for our customers.
