Senior Associate - Fiscalità delle operazioni straordinarie e M&A - Roma - [TAX]Michael PageLa risorsa, riportando direttamente al CFO, avrà una responsabilità diretta sulla gestione della fiscalità ordinaria e straordinaria delle società del perimetro assegnato, partecipando attivamente anche ai processi di chiusura di bilancio e di pianificazione fiscale.La risorsa si occuperà di:Gestione completa degli adempimenti fiscali delle società assegnate (IRES, IRAP, IVA), monitorando correttamente i relativi flussi finanziari e le scadenze;Predisposizione e revisione delle dichiarazioni fiscali periodiche e annuali, nonché delle comunicazioni obbligatorie (LIPE, Esterometro, ecc.);Supporto attivo alla predisposizione del bilancio d'esercizio;Gestione delle attività propedeutiche alla chiusura contabile, garantendo coerenza tra dati contabili e fiscali;Tax planning e pianificazione delle uscite fiscali, con predisposizione di report periodici di previsione e analisi degli impatti fiscali;Redazione di reportistica strutturata a supporto della Direzione in ambito contabile-fiscale;Supervisione e gestione della fiscalità immobiliare, incluso il calcolo e il controllo dell'IMU, in coordinamento con le strutture di Property Management;Aggiornamento costante sulla normativa fiscale vigente, valutando impatti e opportunità per il Gruppo;Il/La candidato/a ideale presenta le seguenti caratteristiche:Laurea in Economia, Finanza o discipline affini;Esperienza di almeno 3-4 anni in ruolo analogo, preferibilmente in contesti strutturati o gruppi societari complessi;Familiarità con tematiche tipiche del settore Real Estate (immobili, IMU, società veicolo, cantieri / lavori in corso - a seconda del background);Conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata;Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel;Approccio proattivo, precisione, capacità analitiche e orientamento al problem solving.Il nostro partner per questa ricerca è una primaria realtà operante nel segmento Real Estate, con sede in zona Roma Centro.L'opportunità prevede un inserimento a tempo indeterminato, CCNL Commercio.Sono previsti buoni pasto da 8 euro e assicurazione integrativa.Previsto 1 giorno di smart a settimana.Settore: AltroRuolo: Altro#J-*****-Ljbffr
