Modalit : Full RemoteKey tech skills : Python AWS FastAPI CI/CD Azure WebRTCAnni di esperienza : 4Total comp : *****k (US dollars) equityAbout the companyGlaut helps businesses understand people beyond numbers.They are building the AI-native Market Research Service-as-a-Software supporting researchers in conducting AI-powered hybrid quantitative qualitative research at scale 10x faster than current research tools.They work at the intersection of AI human psychology and market research.In just a few months theyve powered projects for 30 international market research firms helping them run large-scale AI-moderated interviews across 50 languages.About the roleYou will shape and implement cutting-edge features that push the platform forward while helping to maintain and improve the company real-time multimedia infrastructure.Working closely with Gio Glaut cofounder youll design and build architectures that ensure seamless scalability and low-latency performance while regularly delivering new functionality that delights their users.Your work will directly enhance both the technical backbone and the feature set of Glaut application ensuring a consistently top-tier user experience.This is a full-remote position and we will consider candidates from anywhere.However we have a strong preference for candidates from Italy.Your SkillsPython & Back-End strength : Mastery in Python and frameworks like FastAPI along with deep expertise in concurrency and async programming.Scalable Infrastructure : Proven experience designing robust fault-tolerant systems that handle high traffic loads.Cloud & DevOps : Experience with AWS CI / CD pipelines and production monitoring for smooth rollouts and dependable uptime.Media handling : Experienced in real-time media streams codecs and addressing audio / video edge cases is a strong plus for this role.What youll doArchitect & build : Collaborate with the CTO to design scalable fault tolerant services - and then implement both back-end and front-end features.Innovate & enhance : Create new features that leverage real-time media while maintaining rock-solid reliability.Optimize performance : Continuously refine our stack to minimize latency boost throughput and ensure top-notch user experiences.Support the team : Contribute to shaping our technical roadmap influencing both infrastructural decisions and product direction.Bonus PointsExperience with AWS and Azure.You used non-relational databases in the pastFamiliarity with streaming protocols WebRTC or low-level networking.Strong production debugging and performance tuning skills.What Glaut offersTotal comp between 60 and 90k USDCompany sharesKey SkillsEMR Systems,Typing,Customer Service,Athenahealth,HIPAA,Debits & Credits,POS,Microsoft Outlook,Medical office experience,Office Experience,Dental Office Experience,Phone EtiquetteEmployment Type : Full TimeExperience : yearsVacancy : 1Yearly Salary Salary : *************#J-*****-Ljbffr
