Andersen Italia, Studio di dottori commercialisti, avvocati e advisor finanziari, operante a livello nazionale ed internazionale, ricerca una figura di Tax Manager per la propria sede di Milano.Responsabilità da affidare alla nuova risorsa :· consulenza fiscale, tributaria e contabile con focus su società di capitali medio/grandi;· assistenza alla clientela su fiscalità nazionale e internazionale;· redazione di pareri e risoluzione di quesiti in materia fiscale e societaria;· redazione bilanci per società di capitali;· accertamento fiscale e contenzioso tributario· coordinamento risorse juniorCaratteristiche richieste:· abilitazione alla professione di dottore commercialista;· esperienza consolidata nel ruolo e maturata presso Studi professionali strutturati ed organizzati;· capacità analitiche e propensione all'approfondimento; motivazione e forte senso di responsabilità;· buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;· ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel; gradita la conoscenza di Profis.Si offre:· arricchimento del bagaglio personale e professionale;· inserimento in un contesto professionale composto da dottori commercialisti, avvocati ed advisor finanziari esperti e qualificati;· valutazione annuale delle performance;· rapporto diretto con la clientela di Studio;· possibilità di essere inseriti in progetti con approfondimento di tematiche di maggiore interesse;· aggiornamento continuo in materia fiscale e tributaria;· oltre alla consulenza ordinaria, l'opportunità di seguire anche operazioni straordinarie .L'inserimento retributivo sarà adeguato all'esperienza professionale acquisita (è prevista una collaborazione in P.IVA).S e interessati ad approfondire l'opportunità, si prega di inviare il proprio CV con l'autorizzazione al trattamento dati secondo quanto previsto dal GDPR ******** all'indirizzoLa ricerca rispetta il d.lgs. ******** ed è aperta a candidati/e di qualsiasi orientamento o espressione di genere, nel rispetto della diversity e dell'inclusività.
